Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm Yoga for pregnancy

 It is a great way to stay calm during pregnancy, relieve aches and pains and prepare for birth, with a nice relaxation at the end to be ready for a good night sleep.

Suitable from 12 weeks, no experience necessary.

Our Online groups are small and always include a chance to chat and get to know other mums. £5 per class, £1 concessio

Antenatal Classes

Group courses to discover more about birth and life with a baby but also get to know other parents to form a support group for when your baby is born.

All NCT antenatal classes are run by trained practitioners to share with you evidence based information and research so you can make your own decision. We are here to support you however you choose to give birth and raise your baby.

Postnatal course

A 5 week course to explore life with your baby: crying, sleep, development… but also your journey as a mother and the future. It will be a chance to discuss and learn with other mothers who have similar age babies and form a supportive group. 

My groups are currently run on Zoom and ongoing support is organised through Whatsapp so you can be supported from the comfort of your sofa. Don’t worry if your baby is unsettled, you can take care of your baby and continue to participate.
